OpenNetworkers.info Quality Networkers list
Quality open networkers are self-conscious, motivated and are able to change or form their career towards what they 'want to do' instead of what they 'should do'. Naturally they seek a matching network, matching their networking style, fitting their personality. No email addresses adding here, so no spamming.

> Adviser: I consider myself a 'focussed specialist' in the things I do. I like to find out every detail of my specialism, the greater perspective is of secondary importance. Rational behavior is normal to me. I carefully work within the stated modus operandi and thus I do things as anyone expects me to do.
> Inventor: I consider myself someone who is reactive in communication with other people. I don't have or like straight 'yes or no' answers, I'd like to weigh the angles and I thus answer only after careful considerations. I am creative and I often have new ideas. Consider me a true generalist, I like to know everything. It is a 'sport' to me to find different ways of doing things.
> Team-player: I am socially moved by the things that happen around me. I act according to high social principles. I am easy going, fit in everywhere in every company. My communication is not likely to be at the forefront of discussions, I like to conform myself to the Group, my team. Yet I can be moved easily if something unexpected happens and then I react emotionally.
> Artist: I am action-driven in my communication and always like to instantly come forward with a straight 'yes or no' answer. No contemplations! I know very well where I stand and what is 'right or not'. I like to wear clothes which make me different, I like bright colors, expressive and impressive cars. I take risks, no problem! I have lots of friends.
> Manager: I know what I want and I don't want to make much fuzz over things. I delegate the details, I rather manage the main issues. Don't bother me with emotional speeches and long elaborations, just do what you need to do.

Have a look at the OpenNetworkers.info (copyrighted) networking model. In the 'star' you'll notice the networking styles. Choose yours' and see which ones are bordering and which ones are opposite to your networking style. Example: the 'Artist' is bordering the 'Manager' and the 'Team-player'. They can get along. It is however contrary to the 'Adviser' and the 'Inventor' networking styles. Employing Artists in such an environment will not last, it is not a good match..
